Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit Applications
Whether you have suitable candidates or need help shortlisting them, we assist with the application process for Employment Passes, S Passes, and Work Permits. We consider factors such as industry requirements, quota availability, salary expectations, and educational qualifications to ensure compliance and secure the best fit for your organisation.
Dependent Pass
You can apply for a Dependent Pass for your family if you meet the following criteria:
- Hold an Employment Pass or S Pass
- Earn a minimum fixed monthly salary of $6,000 (based on your individual salary, not combined household income)
- Be sponsored by an established, Singapore-registered company (typically your employer)
Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP)
The Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) is available for the common-law spouse, biological child, or step-child of Employment Pass or S Pass holders. Additionally, if you are a pass holder earning over $12,000 a month, you may also apply for passes for your parents.
Letter of Consent
Dependent Pass holders seeking to work in Singapore can apply for a Letter of Consent. This pass allows eligible dependants to operate a business or take up employment in Singapore.
Permanent Resident (PR) and Singapore Citizenship
Current work pass holders (Employment Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, EntrePass, or S Pass) who have worked in Singapore for at least six months to two years may apply for Singapore Permanent Residency (PR). We also assist PR holders in converting their status to Singapore Citizenship.
